Annapolis – Navy topped Pitt, 44-28, to finish the season, win the 2015 Military Bowl, and end the career of stellar quarterback Keenan Reynolds. The contest was a de facto home game for the Mids (11-2), as it was held at Navy-Marine Corps Stadium. With the loss, the Panthers fell to 8-5 on the season.
Reynolds led Navy to the first 11-win season in its history. He threw for 126 yards, and ran for another 144. He also added 47 receiving. Reynolds departs Navy with 88 touchdowns, an all-time FBS record. His 4,559 rushing yards are the most by a quarterback in NCAA history.
Defensively, junior Brendon Clements had two interceptions for the Mids.
