Baltimore, MD – Homewood Field proved to be the Baltimore equivalent of the friendly confines as the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays routed Juniata College (2-3), 56-14, on Saturday. The Blue Jays (5-0) entered the game ranked 10th in the nation in Division III and improved to #9 overall after the convincing victory. For Hopkins, it was their 39th win in their last 40 regular season outings.
Hopkins amassed 355 yards of total offense, including 315 on the ground, shouldered by eight different Hopkins’ players. QB Braden Anderson connected on 20-27 passes, including three for touchdowns.
Hopkins has a bye this weekend and will return to action at Dickinson (2-3) on October 17.
